How Acensus collects, uses, and protects information, including the specific terms that apply to text messaging.

01Who we are

Acensus LLC (“Acensus”, “we”, “us”) is a specialty growth firm working with home-based care agencies. This policy explains what information we collect through acensushq.com and our related communications, why we collect it, and what choices you have.

This policy describes information collected through our public website and business communications. Acensus does not provide care services. Our public contact and diagnostic forms are intended for business information, not patient health information.

02Information you give us

You provide information directly when you request the Admissions Diagnostic, book a call, subscribe to our emails, or contact us. That typically includes:

• Name and job title
• Company name
• Business email address
• Business phone number, including mobile if you provide one
• Information you choose to share about your company: inquiry volume, staffing, referral sources, and similar operating details

Do not submit patient information, medical records or other protected health information through the public website, contact form or diagnostic booking form.

Client engagements are separate from public website inquiries. We agree on the information, access, purposes and safeguards needed for each engagement before work begins. Any handling of protected health information requires the applicable written agreements, including a business associate agreement where required, and the agreed technical and administrative safeguards. Information received from clients is used to deliver the agreed services under those agreements and applicable law.

03Information collected automatically

When you visit the site we collect standard technical information: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring page, and timestamps. This is used to understand how the site performs and where visitors come from.

04How we use information

• To prepare and deliver the written analysis
• To communicate with you about our services
• To send marketing emails, where you have opted in or where permitted by law
• To send text messages, where you have expressly opted in

05Text messaging

If you provide a mobile number and opt in, we may send text messages about your inquiry, your Admissions Diagnostic appointments (confirmations and reminders) and follow-ups you requested.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our SMS Terms.

Consent. You opt in by ticking the SMS consent box on our website forms or booking page. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchasing anything from us.

Message frequency. Varies, typically 1 to 5 messages per inquiry or appointment.

Costs. Message and data rates may apply. Rates are set by your mobile carrier, not by us.

How to stop. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages. Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at info@acensushq.com or (424) 421-5741.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

06Email

We send two kinds of email: messages relating directly to your inquiry or engagement, and marketing emails about our services. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link and our postal address. Unsubscribing stops marketing email; it does not stop messages about an active engagement.

07Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, to understand how it is used (analytics providers such as Google Analytics, which may include session recordings and heatmaps), and to measure and improve our advertising (the Meta Pixel). The Meta Pixel lets Meta show our ads to people who have visited this site. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. 08How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:

• Service providers. Companies that operate our systems on our behalf: customer relationship management, email and SMS delivery, scheduling, analytics, and hosting. They may use the information only to provide those services to us.
• Advertising partners. When the Meta Pixel is active, Meta receives information about your visit, such as pages viewed and browser and device data, and may use it to show you our ads on other sites and apps. Under California law this may count as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out at any time (Section 13).
• Legal requirements. Where required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
• Business transfer. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared for marketing; they go only to the providers that deliver our messages, as stated in Section 05.

09Retention

We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes described here, and afterwards as required for legal, tax, or record-keeping reasons. You may ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details below.

10Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11Your choices

• Email: unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email.
• Text: reply STOP.
• Access, correction, or deletion: email info@acensushq.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.

12California residents

If you are a California resident, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request deletion or correction, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information. We may “share” it for cross-context behavioral advertising through the Meta Pixel, as described in Section 08, and you have the right to opt out of that sharing (Section 13). 13Your Privacy Choices

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. We never sell personal information. To stop the Meta Pixel from loading on this site in this browser, opt out below. Your choice is saved in a cookie on this device; if you clear cookies or use another browser or device, opt out again there. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as an opt-out automatically.

14Visitors outside the United States

We operate in the United States and information we collect is processed there. If you contact us from outside the US, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

15Children

The site is intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

16Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date above shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be posted on this page.
