Custom AI solutions / Larger home care agencies

Your agency has grown.
Your workarounds have grown with it.

Disconnected systems. Branch-by-branch rules. Staff moving the same information twice. Acensus scopes custom workflows and integrations around the way your home care business operates.

Separately scoped engagement. Feasibility, investment, timeline, and support are defined after discovery.

Built around an operating requirement

Make the handoff visible.
Then design the solution.

Across locations

The same inquiry should not get lost between branches.

Different service areas, coverage rules, and branch ownership make routing harder as the agency grows.

Requirement → proposed workflowLocation + service requirements
DEFINED RULESHUMAN REVIEW
Responsible branch + exception queue

What the scope defines: A routing specification, agreed ownership rules, and tests for the handoffs between locations.

From requirements to adoption

Define the work.
Test the exceptions.
Support the handoff.

The proposal records the systems, responsibilities, acceptance criteria, and support required. Compatibility is established in discovery.

Choose the right engagement

Standard automation is already part of the core program.

Before a custom engagement

Know what you are commissioning.

A specific workflow, defined responsibilities, and a defined way to test whether the implementation does what it should.

Do we need custom work—or is it already in the Program?

Standard marketing-related AI and automation are included within the Admissions Multiplier™’s written scope. Custom work is for requirements beyond that scope, such as bespoke integrations or workflows across multiple systems and teams. We establish that distinction before proposing a separate engagement.

Can you work with our existing software?

Discovery examines the systems, available access and integration options, and the workflow you need. Compatibility and feasibility must be checked before scope is set; we do not assume that every platform supports every connection.

How will we know the solution works?

The scope should define the intended workflow, exceptions, human handoffs, and acceptance criteria. Pilot testing checks those scenarios before rollout. The proposal specifies the workflows, acceptance criteria, and rollout support.

What determines the investment and ongoing support?

Complexity, systems involved, locations, testing, rollout, and support requirements shape the proposal. Implementation, software costs, and any continuing support are defined after discovery. There is no standard price or fixed 90-day package for custom solutions. The Admissions Multiplier™’s Day-30 and Day-90 commitments do not apply to this separate engagement unless expressly included in its signed agreement.

Start with your operating requirements

Bring your requirements to the diagnostic.

Share your agency, locations, current systems, and the workflow you want to improve. We will discuss whether standard implementation covers the need or a custom scope is appropriate. The next scoping step establishes feasibility, responsibilities, and how the proposed workflow will be tested.

One agency per service area. We work with a single agency in each service area. While an engagement is running, that market is closed to competitors.
